Sir am going to appear for nov-12 ipcc exams... due to changes in syllabus i am not able to get what to study.... practice mannual contains different ans as rates have changed due to which i am not able to develope any confidence...please sir tel me how can i study for it .... and please provide notes (including sums) for POT specially changes in rate. . i havent joined any clases for it.... pease help . .i have search alot but not getting anythng for ipcc level.... some sums are very tough.... i have bought singhania but i am not able to get anythng....

If you have problem with service tax only than service tax department has issued a education guide(Taxation of Services An Education Guide dated 20.06.2012) read in full relax mode. it will help you lot in under standing new changes in service tax
