2.Swimming pool side restaurant non- AC have separate kitchen its applicable Service Tax ?

31 October 2015 1 For security services input credit can be taken, ST rate is 14%.
2 No service tax applicable for non AC pool side restaurant if it is not attached to AC restaurant.
