Sir,
I have taken Home loan from HDFC Bank for acquisition of plain Plot in municipal committee area within the city which is purchased for the purpose of construction of house. Please suggest whether i can take benefit of section 80EE or not. All conditions of sub section 3 of Sec 80EE are fulfilled.

sir , pls go through sec 80 EE, it says deduction is available fpr acquisition of residential property. hence deduction u/s 80 EE is available for purchasing pre constructed residential house
