Can a homeopathy hospital and retail medicine shop of homeopathy runs by a pvt ltd company or is it mandatory to open a section 8 company for this purpose ? please help.

29 August 2018 It's not mandatory to open a section 8 company unless it's a charitable activities to run the hospital without profit motive.
