when benefit of section 44af is applicable that is declared income @ 5% of total turnover?

what are the provision of the act for section 44af of income tax act?

28 February 2012 Section 44AF has now been repealed. Now there are only two Sections, Section 44AD and 44AE.

44AD covers ALL business except the business of plying, hiring or leasing goods carriages referred to in section 44AE.
