can income from tours and travel be shown under section AD in AY 12-13??

If the income includes commission from airlines, etc, then you are not eligible for benefit u/s 44AD.
If the income comprises only of rentals, then you are eligible for benefit u/s 44AD.
If the income comprises only of rentals, then you are eligible for benefit u/s 44AD.
