1. Mr. A has franchisees of DTDC courier agency and he engage in providing such courier service, can mr. A claim section 44AD and file return In the form ITR 4S
2. What is meaning of agency service given in section 44AD

16 December 2016 44AD(6) The provisions of this section, notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing provisions, shall not apply to— (i) a person carrying on profession as referred to in sub-section (1) of section 44AA;
(ii) a person earning income in the nature of commission or brokerage; or
(iii) a person carrying on any agency business
If Mr A is franchisee of DTDC, then he can NOT opt for 44AD
