Dear experts Plz solve my query
1. if mr A has franchisees of DTDC courier agency and he engage in providing such courier service, can mr. A claim section 44AD and file return In ITR 4S.
2. what is meaning of agency service given is section 44AD.

No. He can NOT opt for 44AD.
He is acting as agent of DTDC + He is earning commission
He can try for 44ADA
He is acting as agent of DTDC + He is earning commission
