Section 285 of the income Tax Act

As per Section 285 of the Income Tax Act, the liaison offices set up in India as per guidelines issued by the RBI have to submit a statement to the Income Tax Department within 60 days from the end of the financial year. This has become effective from 1st June 2011. Has the department prescribed any format for submission of the statement.
