Whether the services provided by accountants,MBA(finance),etc. comes under the ambit of 194J if they are not salary based.

Dear Garima,
Sec 194 J is applicable to those services which involves technical or proffessional knowledge. So it depends on the nature of service and qualification of the person. Need clarificatin on nature of service provided.
