Mr. Abhinav, a chartered accountant is a director in Small Ltd. State whether he is disqualified to be the auditor of huge Ltd., It's Holding Company?

According to section 141(3)(f), if such auditor is the executive, i.e. whole Time Director in some other Company including subsidiary Company, i.e. full time employment of the Company, then Such an Auditor shall be disqualified as per section 141(3)
