Sir, How to respond to 139(9) notice asking to file notice in response to 139(9) notice indicating defect of lesser payment of tax by Rs 3000/- Although tax is paid but return is uploaded without filling detail of payment of taxes.... although 26 As is showing credit. return filed was belated. Kindly suggest regarding action to be taken as return in response to 139(9) can not be filed in absence of password which is a mandatory field.
