Please can any one tell me that on completion of secondment will the member who has given the secondment how he will send the work details to my original employer as on institute site no such form is given.

Secondment is an arrangement between the original principal and seconded principal, there is no format in which the later has to give work details to the former. its the mutual understanding of the two. institute only needs to be informed about secondment, nothing else.
