wife is having Investmentin ICICI PRU LIFE for which she is having 80c certificate for Rs. 10000 and under 80ccc 18000. can husband take the benefit of this deposits if wife is not claiming in her file. If yes can he take benefit for both the certificate or only for 80c. plz reply.

That is if the husband is not claiming his deduction she can cliam and vice versa,
