Is it required to get audit the Books of Accounts, when the aggregate turnover of the two businesses exceeds 40 lakhs of a proprietor.The two businesses are not the units. those two are totally different nature.

IF they are belongs to same propriter then yes. No matter they are of diff nature. Further No seperate PAN for 2 businesses then also it will be combined.
