if salary paid in cash exceed rs. 20,000. is there any exception under rule 6DD so that it can not be disallowed. suggest a remedial for it.

There is no exceptn dear, only day whn banks r closd due to strike.

EXEMPTION IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN FOLLOWING CASE:
The payment is made by way of salary to his employee IN EXCESS OF RS. 20000/- IF SUCH employee is temporarily posted for a continuous period of fifteen days or more in a place other than his normal place of duty or on a ship and does not maintain any account in any bank at such place or ship;
