can anybody give me an advice that if i make a payment on cash below rs.20000in a day and in another day also Rs.less than 20000 against a bill.
can i get the exemption from disallowability of this section

Yes. If you are making payments on diferrent dates, then you can claim the deduction of that expenditure.
