12 December 2012 Can an excellent actor, who met with an accident in financial year 2011-12, claim expenses incurred in his medical treatment while computing his taxable income? Is it allowable. please quote any caselaw

12 December 2012 No..If he met with an accident while in duty or perfrmace then it is eligible for deduction otherwise it is personal expenditure.
