04 December 2012 Under sec. 293 (1) (3) what shall be included in the amount of total borrowing made by the Company, is it inclusive of both long term & short term borrowings & can a borrowing limit set by the Company in the year 2009 in GM can the same be limit be now followed...??

04 December 2012 it is inclusive of all sort of borrowings.

Yes, the limit set in 2009 GM will be applicable even today, unless it is amended by any other GM resolution after 2009.
