27 August 2012 If borrowings are done under Sec 293(1)(d)which form should be filed with ROC.Is it Mandatory to file any form and by whom it is filed.PLEASE REPLY

27 August 2012 Nothing to be informed, however if the security is given and charge is created the nform 8 is to be filed with ROC.

In case the borrowing powers are changed then form 23 is to be filed with ROC within 30 days of the date of Ordinary Resolution.
