im going to appear for CA Final in coming nov, 2010.can u tell me which book should i refer for latest SEBI guidelines. are they issued every year ??

SEBI guidelines are not issued every year. some modifications are made by SEBI as and when required. The modifications are available on the website of SEBI.
You can use the book that you are currently refering to and also check the website for updates.
