27 September 2012 dear sir/madam,

i'm a C.S intern i have a query regarding SEBI ICDR Regulations 2011. according to the regulation shrares shall be issued within 15 days of the General body meeting or in-principal approval but our company has not issued such share within time limit so what i do

If you are not allotted within 15 days from the date of share holders approval then allotted with in 15 days from receive of In-principal approvals from stock exchange or other regulatory authority.
