whether schools registered under society regt act liable to pay income tax. status of school is an AOP. in bye laws mentioned that no profit and no commercial activity. AOP MEMBERS share not determined.whether 10(23c) iiiad can cliam?

Total receipt not to exceed one crore then 10(23c) iiiad can be claimed.
