SAP s/w cost should be classified as Intangible asset as per AS 26.
when taking the cost,should we include
server cost,server room cost also in it?
If yes, aren't classifying a tangible asset i.e server or room as Intangible asset?

They should be classified as office equipment/plant and machinery. They will not satisfy the Intangible asset definition.
