I want to make to sales to NGO
but NGO dont want to pay CST/ VAT on it, but NGO ready is ready to give written confirmation on his letter head that that it is a purchse.
so is there any kind of provison regarding the sales made to NGO is exempt from tax.?

Sales made to NGO is not exempt from VAT.
