Please suggest any site for the detailed understanding of the WCT.

04 February 2009 Basically WCT comes under the perview of VAT as well as Service tax also. so if you like to understand from the point of view of service tax then you can refer service tax act. Further WCT may have deferent provisions in diferent states. I don't know about which states WCT your are talking. Any way you refer the relvant VAT act for the WCT provision.
