presently we issue credit notes for expired good what will.be scenario in case of GST as goods are expired. still we have to charge GST or GST will be 0 percent as goods expired

Under GST also you can issue credit note and adjust GST.

but the value of goods is zero as I cannot sell those goods still GST to be charged why

As per sub section (2) of Section 31 of Model GST law the tax liability on issue of credit note shall be adjusted in the manner as specified in this Act.Therefore rules will specify whether GST willl be adjusted on expired goods or not
