sales of fixed assets such as building. gst applicable or not. kindly give ans with reason

Building being immovable property hence will not fall under purview of goods or service so GST not applicable.

Sale of buliding is neither treated as supply of goods nor supply of services as per Schedule III of CGST ACt. Being not a supply GST is not applicable.
