hi i am kumar working in a manufacturing unit i have one doubt. incase of sale of any fixed asset its necessary to pay excise duty or any other duty & also its mandatory to prepare any invoice for that pls clarify my doubt and send your suggestion...

no excise duty is payable on sale of fixed assets.
