Dear Sir
If I Sell goods to Local Party but the Delivery to Outside the State (Delivery direct from our place to Out Side the State third party) in this case VAT applicable or CST applicable, can we issue E1 and collect C Form From The Local Party

It is a CST sale. E1 will not apply , since goods has not been sold during movement.
