May i please have the exact structure of salary for the purpose of Gratuity?

Hi
It is 4.81% of Basic & DA.
So structure will be :
Basic + DA + HRA + Other Allwanc + Conveyance Allowance + Special Allowance = Gross Salary
Gross Salary + Employer PF + Employer ESIC +
Gratuity = CTC
