My Brother works in Germany. He receives salary there and pays tax on salary in Germany.
He gets interest income in India.
He has to file his return in India because his TDS refund is to be taken.
Do we need to show his Salary Income which is already taxed in Germany? If yes, the benefits to be taken and how should the income be shoesn?

If he is a Non- Resident, then salary received at Germany will not be taxable.
I.e, his stay in the assessable year in India(Previous Year) exceeds 182 days, he is a resident.
