hi i would like to know the present salary of a company secretary.alsoi would like to know if it makes any difference if i pass in first attempt

Initially you may expect 16000 to 20000 depending upon your interview, skills, knowledge about the industry, work, additional quali, attitude, presentation etc.
I think clearing CS in first or more attempts doesn't make any difference.

Your 15 months CS training and consequent knowledge and confidence also plays an imp role.
