21 March 2018 Dear Sir,
We have received foreign commission & want to create tax invoice for the same. So we have facing GST SAC Code issue in billing. Request you to advise for GST SAC CODE starting from 99 for Business Auxiliary Services having old code 00440225 .

22 July 2025 For Business Auxiliary Services under GST, the SAC code generally used is:

997212 – Business Auxiliary Services

The old Service Tax code 00440225 maps approximately to this SAC code.

So for your foreign commission billing under GST, you should use SAC 997212 for Business Auxiliary Services.
