IS SCHOOL LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX ON FEES COLLECTED TOWARD TRANSPORT FACILITY FROM STUDENT ???

Services provided to or by an educational institution in respect of education exempt from service tax under auxiliary educational services. Transportation facility provide for student is exempt from service tax under mega exemption notification no. 25/2012-ST.
