1. can a company can file only balance
sheet to ROC?

2. filing of profit & loss and balance
sheet is mandatory ?

30 March 2012 Dear Friend, in case of private companies there is an option to file Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss seperately.But it is mandatory to file both documents with ROC. thanks
