Hello Sir,
I have filled income tax return of one trust for AY 2014-15 withing due date. Due to some mistake I received notice under section 139(9). I have filled rectification return but it has been rejected. now qustion is that can i file revised return ? or Should i file rectification return only ?

No, you have to do it under the said notice.

Once the reply to defect not accepted, you can file revised return.
