Can the revised shedule VI applicable to a company which incorporate on 15/03/2011? if yes than how? and applicability of Shedule VI

Revised Schedule VI is applicable for ALL companies registered under the Companies Act.
The same is applicable from FY 2011-12. This means that financial statements for FY 2011-12 have to be prepared as per Revised Schedule VI.

Thank u. But I want to know that for eg. A company is incorporate on 15/03/2011 how it can manage its B/S and P&l A/C in acordence with Se. 166 and how it could file E-form 23AC&ACA?
