dear sir i can file belated return ay14-15 is nil and i can file return ay 15-16 as taxable in respect of salary and other income whether any issuse arise in a case

No issues. Return of AY 14-15 is nil does not mean you can not have taxable income in AY 15-16. File as per your actual earning/income in the concerned year.
