03 September 2014 Sir I have filed my client's ITR1 for A.Y. 14-15 (Status Refundable) on 16.08.2014 now my client told me to revised it. Can I do the same? If I do so then any Interest/Penalty shall have to be borned by my Client? What is the last date for submission of Revised Return For A.Y. 2014-15. Pl. suggest me.

No you can't. Only return filed on or before due date can be revised.

Due date to file revised return is within 1 year from the end of relevant assessment year or completion of assessment, whichever is earlier.

03 September 2014 no u cannot revise since its belated return and now u wait for intimation and then apply for rectifcation u/s 154
