Can income tax return be revised if filled after the due date ?

the ans is no as per sec 139(5) only those return as filled within due date of 139(1) can be revised.

Even Hon'ble Supreme court in case of "Kumar Jagdish Chandra sinha Vs CIT, also held that Belated return cannot be revised.
