12 February 2013 Assessee has file his return of income for the A.Y. 2008-09 dt. 19.03.2009 and refund of Rs. 41530/-
Because of Some error return revised and filed on 10.10.2009 and refund of Rs. 106451/- comes.

Can he claim refund of Rs. 106451/-
Kindly suggest me for the same.
