dear sir i can file revised return because of i faile to consider rs 50000 income but i sent cpc to banglore and also i can canceal cpc to going helpdisk incomtax filing

Yes you can file revised return u/s 139(5) provided the original return was filed within due date u/s 139(1). Just revised the return including the income which was missed and pay tax if any. There will be no issue.
