whether revised new schedule vi will apply to all companies i.e public & private companies is any restriction on authorised capital

Revised schedule VI is not applicable to banking, insurance, electicity companies and those for which a form of B/S and P & l a/c has been specified in or under any other act governing such class of company meaning thereby all other companies are covered irrespective of the amount of authorised capital.

W.e.f. 01/04/2011 revised schedule VI has been applicable to all such companies whether private or public to whom schecule VI is applicable.
