08 April 2015 I have a Query regarding the reverse charge Mechanism:-

A corporation has hired bus services for the purpose to carry employees children from residence colony to school and vice-versa.

Under Above Stated circumstances what will be the service tax payable by the corporation in each case if :-

a) SP is an individual registered under ST

b) SP is an individual and not registered under ST

What is the liability of Service tax receiver.

Without hard work and discipline it is difficult to be a top professional.

08 April 2015 Service receiver (corporation) has to pay 100% service tax on 40% value(60% abatement) under each case.
