20 July 2015 Sir, I have an doubt regarding Applicablity of Abatement and RCM (reverse cahrge mechnasim).
As a service recepient i enjoys two services:
1. Supply of man power/ Work Contract
2. Transportation of Goods

I Requesting and Demanding the Full Provision regarding aforesaid Prolem

Whether Servicer recevier can get the Abatement if yes waht is the Rate?

20 July 2015 1 Supply of man power no abatement and 100% RCM applicable if service receiver is a company.
Works contract original works 60% abatement and 50% RCM. 30% abatement in case of repair works.
2 Transportation of goods 70% abatement and 100% RCM.
