In case of Manpower Supply & Security Contract, the service provided by Individual & Partnership Firm from 01/04/2015 100% ST to be paid by Service REceipeint.
What about Body Corporate providing manpower service to Bodycorporates ? Is service receipeint liable to pay service tax or Service provider only?

In case of body corporate service provider has to pay service tax.
