Reverse charge mechanism

07 May 2013 I would like to know that whether there is any exemption or relief for exporter
(pvt ltd company)in regards to reverse charge mechanism of service tax in case of G.T.A. services received.


Please let me know about any other provisions specifically for exporters regarding reverse charge.

Please refer to Notification No. 31/2012

In case if goods are exported. The Notification exempts the taxable service received by an exporter of goods and used for export of goods.

In respect of service provided for transportation of goods subject to condition being satisfied
