My proprietor firm has 1 crore sales from trading of garments and i receive legal service from advocate and to pay 10000 to him, whether i am liable to pay service tax under reverse charge basis or not?

no reverse charge mechanism is applicable in this case. He will charge service tax in addition to his legal fees from you.
