is revenue stamp required in case of cash payment above rs.5000 if payment is made as rembursment made to internal staffs?

Revenue stamp is required when cash payment is Rs.5000/- and above. Also revenue stamp is must required when payment of salary and wages in cash. In your case revenue stamp is required.

I belive in case of consolidated reimbursement of expenses, revenue stamp is not be affixed.
